Do I still need a TfL private-hire operator's licence?
Yes — white-label software is a tool, not a licence. Ridezora satisfies TfL's operating requirements but the licence itself belongs to your operating company.
Can I run my existing telephone bookings alongside app bookings?
Yes — call bookings are entered by the controller and dispatched by the same auto-allocation engine. Passenger identity is stored for repeat bookings.
How is fare income paid to me?
Card payments settle directly to your Stripe or Adyen merchant account. Ridezora never touches the fare.
