Is this fully white-label?
Yes. The web booker runs on your own domain, and the driver and passenger apps carry your company name, logo and colours in the App Store and Google Play — the Ridezora brand never appears to your customers.
Does Ridezora take commission per fare?
No. Ridezora charges a flat monthly platform fee with zero commission on fares. Whether you run 100 or 10,000 trips a month, 100% of the fare revenue stays with your company.
How quickly can we go live?
Most fleets are live within two weeks. A dedicated onboarding team configures your fare rules, zones, vehicle classes and branding with you, then trains dispatchers and chauffeurs on video.
Can I migrate my existing customer and trip data?
Yes. Customer lists, corporate accounts, driver records and future bookings can be imported via CSV during onboarding, so you switch without losing history or upcoming reservations.
