The setup

Twelve vehicles. Nine drivers. A back-office team of three. Airports on the schedule five days a week, corporate accounts on billing terms, and roughly 900 completed trips a month on average. Every platform below was run in parallel against the same live traffic for 30 days between April and June 2026 — same drivers, same customers, same routes.

The numbers below are field observations, not marketing decks. Where a specific ticket, feature gap or hidden fee is called out, it happened on the console during the test window.

Limo Anywhere — deep, expensive, and asks you to earn it

Limo Anywhere delivered what the reputation promises: corporate account depth, mature dispatch logic, and a Res-Net feed that a travel manager recognises without training. It also delivered a console that felt ten years old, four support tickets in week one on obscure module toggles, and a bill that landed 2.4× the flat per-vehicle Ridezora quote at the same trip volume.

What the demo does not show: the setup fee is not fixed. Ours started at $1,500 and rose to $2,100 once corporate rate cards, cost centres and TMC feeds were scoped in. The passenger app (Book Now) is a separate line item. Priority phone support is another one.

Moovs — best passenger UX, quiet fee leakage

Moovs had the passenger app our test riders liked most — cleanest flow, best payment UX, fastest booking to confirmation. The dispatch console was modern and easy for new hires to pick up.

What the demo does not show: the per-booking software fee on Marketplace-originated jobs adds up. On our 30-day window, that plus the payment-processing margin on top of Stripe totalled roughly $180 in fees that never appeared on the sticker price. Over a year, that is a chauffeur-plus.

Yelowsoft — great driver app, worst paperwork

Yelowsoft's driver app was our drivers' favourite. Well-organised job cards, clean navigation, sensible earnings screens. The dispatch board handled bulk actions well.

What the demo does not show: the module stack. Dispatcher, passenger app, admin panel and white-label build were quoted separately, and the onboarding paperwork ran to 14 documents before the first driver logged in. The base price is real; the base price with everything on is roughly 3× the base price.

Onde — cheapest below 300 trips, punishes growth

Onde was genuinely the cheapest platform in the test at low volume — a 200-trip test week cost under $150 all-in. The console is clean and the passenger app is competent.

What the demo does not show: the per-booking cost curve. Scale the same fleet to 3,000 trips a month and the bill quietly triples. If you plan to grow, Onde's headline price is a moving target — and one that moves against you every good month.

Ridezora — fewest tickets, flattest invoice, fastest launch

Ridezora had the shortest launch window of the five (21 days from brand-asset delivery to a live App Store listing), the fewest support tickets in the 30-day test window (three, all resolved same-day), and the only bill that landed identically in weeks one and four regardless of trip mix.

What the demo does not show either — because we did not need to: no per-booking fees, no white-label app module, no payment-processing margin on top of Stripe, no separate corporate portal add-on. The invoice is the sticker price. That was the most surprising thing about the 30 days.
